- 300 Lekë – rrethe
Free shipping on orders over 15,000 L.

Undelivered orders
We are not responsible for deliveries refused or returned because of a wrong address, an incorrect contact number or refusal by the customer.
If refused, the parcel is returned within 24 hours.
2Payment methods
Cash on delivery
Pay for your order when you receive it from the courier.
Bank transfer
At one of these banks: ProCredit Bank, BKT, Raiffeisen Bank, Union Bank, Fibank Albania, Tirana Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank.
Buy today, pay in installments
- With iute: 4 equal installments at 0% interest. You pay the first installment next month.
- With ProCredit Bank: 0% interest on orders from 50,000 to 500,000 Lek, for up to 6 months.
3Order cancellation
To cancel an order, notify us immediately at +355 68 331 6849 or write to us at Instagram.
In the message, include emrin & mbiemrin and the confirmation of cancellation.
4Exchanges & returns
Exchanges and returns apply only to used products, not to new products.
Exchange
Done in the showroom or online.
- Exchanges are only for another product.
- Refunds do not apply to exchanges.
- The customer states the real reason for the exchange for verification.
Returns within 7 days
Within 7 days of delivery you can request a return or replacement if the product:
- is functional and undamaged
- has its original packaging
- has all its accessories
If a claim proves incorrect, the costs are covered by the customer.
5Product warranty
Every used / refurbished product comes with a warranty document according to its category. During the warranty you can come to the showroom or contact us for assistance.

The warranty does not cover
- Damage from the electrical network
- Force majeure (water, fire, earthquake, lightning)
- Unauthorized interventions
- Cosmetic damage and screen breakage from external factors
- Battery wear
- Graphics card damage
- Data loss or recovery
The customer is responsible for backing up data before handing the device in for service.
